But first, chocolate! This factory store was built in 2018 as Fissure 8 in Puna started to erupt. We decided to keep the production safe and open an exciting spot in the Kona Brewery Block. Here you can pickup fresh Hawaii chocolate, sip local Kona coffee, espresso, chocolate drinks, and then savor our dessert and terroir cocktail menu.
We have a full bar to sip your latte or old fashioned on the ground floor and a 35-seat cocktail lounge upstairs (over 21 only).

Large Party Reservations
Our 40-person capacity Sepia Lounge upstairs can be the location of your next event! For private events:
- Rent is $250 per hour before 5pm all week or all day Sun-Wednesday.
- Rent is $500/hour for Thurs-Sat 5pm-10pm
- Half your rent can be used for cafe/bar drink credit. For example, If you rent 5-9pm on a Friday, we will charge you $2000, however, you get $1000 in included drinks. If you rent 5-9pm Monday, your charge would be $1000 with $500 in drink credits.
- Renting allows you exclusive access, the ability to decorate and bring your own food/birthday cake, and children. Outside foods, commercial gatherings, decorations and minors are not allowed upstairs without a rental agreement.
- You will be charged a 50% deposit in order to book the event which is non-refundable within 4 days of the event.
Entertainment
Want to perform and charge admission? We are happy to partner with you. In the past, we have hosted improv, comedy, workshops, and music by sharing revenue from ticket sales.
Most events are $20-$30 per person and we split the revenue 50%.
